Refunds & Returns Policy

At Filament Warehouse we make every effort to offer products that we believe our customers will be very happy purchasing.
Of course, sometimes, despite our best effort, things can and do go wrong.
Our reputation means everything to us; which means we endeavor to offer the highest levels of service possible, and to this end, we carefully evaluate every issue raised with us on a case-by-case basis. Please take careful note of the following:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received in. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. For example, filament must be returned in the original, unopened, vacuum sealed clear packaging, inside the original branded undamaged cardboard box in which it was received.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:
Gift cards - kindly note that Gift cards/Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Non-defective items removed from the vacuum sealed packaging - Only defective items will be considered for refund/replacement if the vacuum seal has been broken.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be offered a choice of refund or store credit.Note that some sale or marked-down products will not be eligible for return or refund - these products will be marked as non-returnable and non-refundable in the product description.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or have suffered some form of factory related damage / defect.

Shipping returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping will be at your additional expense. If you receive a refund, and the return shipping was arranged by Filament Warehouse, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
