Delivery Information

We utilize established, reliable courier companies to deliver your goods to you.
We have negotiated excellent rates with our courier partners, all of whom have a proven track record of doing their best to get the goods to you as quickly and economically as possible.

Always take care when opening the parcels and avoid using sharp objects that could damage the goods inside.

We offer three basic parcel "delivery" options:

1) Warehouse collection at an address in Durban North. 
This is of course free.
Parcel collection times are strictly on Mondays AND Thursdays only, from 9am to 4pm.
Always ensure that you have received an email informing you that your goods are ready for collection.

2) Main Centre Delivery - Direct to your door.
This is only shown if your delivery address is classified as "Main Center".
If our courier partners identify your Suburb/Town as being in a "Main Centre" we can deliver the parcel directly to your address. Note that parcel volume and total package weight are considered by the courier company e.g. A 1kg roll of filament is often classified as 1.5Kg weight/volume rating by courier companies.
Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you.   
Delivery is usually within 3 business days.  

3) Locker/Store Pick-up - delivery to a Pargo collection point that you select
If your Suburb/Town is not classified by the courier partner as being a "Main Centre" area, we deliver the parcel to a collection point that you select at check-out. Collection points are maintained by Pargo. This is a very cost-effective way to deliver to non main-centre areas (which include remote areas and areas deemed high risk or which incur surcharges). Note that parcel volume and total package weight are considered by the courier company e.g. A 1kg roll of filament is often classified as 1.5Kg weight/volume rating by courier companies.
Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you.   
Delivery is usually within 4-7 business days.
Very important - parcels will only be available for pick-up for a period of 1 week. Thereafter the parcel is automatically re-routed back to us and significant delivery surcharges apply. These fees will be payable by the customer before the parcel is re-dispatched again from our warehouse.
