Silk PLA+ (PLA PLUS or even PLA Pro) is PLA (Polylactic Acid) which has been enhanced/upgraded with additives, such as polymers and nanoparticles, to improve strength, flexibility and ductility. Silk PLA+ has a sheen to it, creating an iridescent finish.
